Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • United States Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]

  • United States Expedited Shipping (if offered): [1–3 business days]

  • International Shipping (if offered): [7–21 business days]

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Carriers

We may ship orders using one or more of the following carriers:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (international, if applicable)

Carrier selection depends on shipping method chosen, destination, and package weight/size.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if available). Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update once issued.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we may be unable to recover the package. If the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sons of Akronia Entertainment, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as:

  • Delivered but not received

  • Missing

  • Stolen

Please contact the carrier first, then contact us at tuffymaggio@gmail.com and we will assist in the claims process where possible. Replacement/refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on carrier claim outcomes.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of packaging materials and shipping box

International Shipping 

If we offer international shipping, please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing speed.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns Due To Shipping Issues

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address

  • refused delivery

  • unclaimed delivery

You may be responsible for re-shipping fees before the item can be sent again.
